GUIDELINES FOR COMPLETING THE ONLINE PAYMENT FORM
Please follow the instruction below
- Make a payment of N5,000.00 in the name of the Applicant into any of the following Bank Account Numbers:

- Click on "Fill Payment Form" link above to fill in your payment details
Please note that your UTME registration number will be required, and also a valid Email Address and Correct GSM number
- A message containing your Login details will be sent to you via email and SMS within 24 hours for you to complete the Application Form
- Visit the School Website ( www.lmu.edu.ng ), Click on "Complete Application Form" on the Admission page to complete the Application Form with the Login details sent to you.
- If you have earlier completed your form, please use the Print Completed Form Link above to obtain a printed copy of your application
- Please note that there will be Post-UTME Screening exercise, which will take place at a later date to be announced.
- After you have been offered Provisional Admission, you will be required to print out a copy of the Notification by doing the following;
- Login using your UTME Number and the Passcode sent to you
- Update your O'Level Results
- Upload a scanned copy of your passport photograph
- You will then be able to print out the Notification of Provisional Admission, when the aforementioned steps have been taken and your O'Level credits meet the minimum required for the programme to which you are offered Provisional Admission
- Your Notification of Provisional Admission contains the details of the School Fees and the bank information
- After making payments for the School Fees into any of the listed bank account numbers, enter your payment details after you login again so as to print your payment receipts
